These terms cover gmanski.com and gmanski.ai, the workflows, nodes, courses, trainings and commissions sold here. By buying or downloading you agree to them.
Who can use Gmanski
You must be 18 or older, and old enough to enter a binding contract where you live. Some tools can produce adult content; you are responsible for using them lawfully where you are.
What you buy
- Workflows and courses are a licence for you or your company to use, modify and build on them, including commercially. You may not resell or redistribute the files themselves.
- Pro is prepaid for the period you choose. Files you download during it remain yours to use afterwards.
- Trainings and commissions: what you create with them is yours, subject to the content policy.
Models and third parties
Workflows run third-party models (Krea 2, MiniMax, LTX and community fine-tunes). Each has its own licence, which you accept when you download it. We list the models each workflow needs; we do not sell or relicense them.
Your content
You must have the right to every photo you upload and every person you depict. Our content policy is part of these terms; breaking it ends your access without refund and, where the law requires, is reported.
Payments and refunds
Payments are processed by NOWPayments in cryptocurrency. Digital downloads are delivered immediately, so they are non-refundable once a download link has been used. If a file is broken or missing we will fix it or refund you. Trainings that fail on our side are re-run or refunded.
No warranty
Workflows depend on fast-moving open-source software and hardware we don’t control. We test them and keep them updated, but provide them as-is. Our liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.
