Gmanski tools are built for fictional characters and for people who have agreed to be depicted. These rules apply to everything you upload, train, commission or create with what you bought here.
Never
- Anything sexual involving minors, or anyone who appears to be under 18 — including fictional, drawn or “aged-up” characters. Zero tolerance; reported to authorities.
- Sexual or intimate imagery of a real, identifiable person without their documented consent.
- Impersonating a real person to deceive, defraud or harass, or to pass generated images off as real evidence.
- Training on photos you don’t have the right to use.
Allowed
- Fictional adult characters, including adult content, where it is legal for you.
- Yourself, or a real adult who has given you written consent — we may ask to see it for trainings and commissions.
- Commercial use of characters you created, under the terms of the models involved.
How we enforce it
Training uploads and commission references are scanned automatically and reviewed by a person when flagged. We refuse work that breaks these rules, end access without refund, and report illegal material.
Report something
If you believe a likeness of you was created without consent using our tools, write to casting@gmanski.com with “Report” in the subject. We respond within 48 hours.
