Upscaling long clips in overlapping chunks

LTX 2.5 doubles a clip's resolution with real detail, but a 48 GB card runs out of memory past about three seconds. How to feed it a minute of video in overlapping chunks and get one seamless clip back.

The Video Upscale LTX workflow does something H3 cannot do for itself: take a finished clip, upscale its latent 2× with LTX 2.5's spatial upscaler, and run a short refine pass so the new pixels are detail, not interpolation. On a 48 GB card the honest limit of a single pass is 73 frames (three seconds at 24 fps) at 1 MP input. Anything longer either runs out of memory or quietly degrades. Long Video Upscale is the same pass, run as a chunker.
