The Bulk Img2Img Character workflow does one thing to every file in a folder: encode the picture, resample it with your character's LoRA at a fixed denoise, save it next to the original. Everything else in the graph — the captioner, the string concatenations, the detector — exists to feed that one sampler a good prompt. So the whole craft is choosing the denoise, and the choice depends on what you want to keep.

Bulk swaps: denoise is the only knob
Point the bulk workflow at a folder and every picture comes back with your character in it. One number decides how much of the original survives. What 0.4, 0.55 and 0.7 actually do.
